A Singapore cold chain logistics company providing freezer and chiller storage, temperature-controlled transportation, moving and general warehousing.
Ideal is a Singapore-based cold chain logistics provider. Our core work is temperature-controlled storage and distribution — freezer storage at −18°C and below, chiller rooms for fresh and perishable goods, and refrigerated transport that keeps the cold chain unbroken from our dock to the final delivery point.
Alongside cold chain we run moving and transportation and general warehousing, so a customer can hold frozen stock, store dry goods and relocate an office through one provider.
Everything operates out of our facility at 6 Tuas Bay Walk, with our own crews and vehicles handling the work directly rather than being subcontracted out.
Most of our work falls into one of three areas. Cold chain logistics covers freezer and chiller storage, temperature monitoring and refrigerated distribution for food, beverage and other perishable goods. Moving and transportation covers household and office relocations plus scheduled deliveries and distribution runs. General warehousing covers ambient storage of stock, equipment and documents, recorded on receipt and released when required.
Many customers use more than one service — for example moving an office and storing part of the contents, or storing stock and having it delivered out on a schedule.
Logistics work is judged on whether things arrive intact, on time, and at the price that was agreed. That is what we organise around.
We confirm what is involved before quoting — including access, timing and any handling requirements — so the quotation reflects the actual job.
Crew size, vehicle type and schedule are worked out in advance rather than being decided on arrival.
You deal with the same person from quotation through to completion, including for follow-up work.
Items are wrapped, protected and secured appropriately for what they are and how far they are travelling.
Charges are explained up front. If something changes on site, we discuss it with you rather than adding it to the invoice.
Better planned routes, loads and storage layouts reduce waste — of time, space and fuel.
We are building our operations with efficiency and environmental responsibility in mind. Rather than make claims we cannot yet evidence, these are the practical areas we are working on.
Consolidating jobs and planning routes to reduce the number of trips required.
Using durable crates, blankets and covers in place of single-use packaging where practical.
Organising warehouse space to reduce wasted capacity and unnecessary handling.
Tell us about your moving, transportation or storage requirements.

Home and office relocations plus scheduled deliveries and distribution — handled by our own crews and vehicles, quoted in writing and planned in advance.
Ideal Group provides moving services for households and businesses across Singapore. That includes HDB flats, condominiums and landed homes, as well as offices, retail units and other commercial premises.
Every move is quoted after we understand the volume of items and the access at both addresses. Those two factors drive nearly everything else — crew size, vehicle, time on site and therefore cost. Confirming them up front is what allows us to give a price that holds on the day.
For home moves we handle the full process or just the parts you need:
Office relocations are usually scheduled around your operating hours so that business disruption is kept to a minimum. Work can be arranged after hours or over a weekend where the building permits it.
You can pack yourself, ask us to pack fragile items only, or have the full contents packed by our crew. We supply cartons, protective wrapping and tape, and can advise on how much you are likely to need based on the size of the property.
If your new premises are not ready — a renovation overruns, or there is a gap between leases — we can hold your items in our warehouse and deliver them when you are ready. Mention this when requesting a quotation so both parts can be planned together.
Tell us your addresses, moving date, property type and what needs to move. Photos of bulky items help.
We review by photo or video, or arrange a site visit for larger jobs, and confirm access at both ends.
You receive a quote setting out crew, vehicle, timing, included services and any add-ons.
The crew arrives as scheduled, protects and loads your items, and places them at the new address.
Singapore movers almost all price the same way: a fixed rate per lorry load, with add-ons quoted separately. We follow that structure so quotes are easy to compare. The final column shows current published market ranges so you can sense-check any quote you receive — including ours.

Alongside relocations we run transport work for business customers — regular delivery schedules, distribution to several addresses, and one-off point-to-point jobs where the delivery window matters.
Regular runs on agreed days and time windows, suited to businesses supplying the same locations on a repeating cycle. Fixed schedules are usually cheaper to run than ad-hoc bookings because the route and vehicle are planned in advance.
One collection point and several delivery addresses, sequenced into a single route so fewer trips are needed overall.
Direct collection and delivery between two addresses, including time-sensitive jobs booked for a specific window.
For customers storing goods with us, deliveries can be dispatched straight from our facility — removing the collection leg from the journey entirely.
| Transport work | Suitable for | Charge |
|---|---|---|
| Single delivery | One collection and one delivery address. | On quotation |
| Multi-drop run | One collection with several delivery points on a planned route. | On quotation |
| Scheduled contract | Recurring runs on agreed days and time windows. | On quotation |
| Dedicated vehicle | A vehicle and crew assigned to your work for a set period. | On quotation |
| Handling assistance | Extra crew for loading, unloading or carrying at either end. | On quotation |
“Crew arrived on time, wrapped everything before it left the flat, and the price was exactly what was quoted. No haggling at the door.”

Booking earlier gives you more choice of dates, particularly for weekends, month-end and public holidays when demand is higher. For weekday moves shorter notice may be possible depending on availability — contact us with your date and we will confirm.
Only if you have chosen to pack yourself. If you have booked a packing service, our crew will pack on the day or beforehand depending on the size of the job. Either way, loose items should be boxed rather than left out, as this affects loading time.
Yes, this can be included. Let us know which items need dismantling when you request a quotation so the right time and tools are allowed for.
Yes. Single-item moves are common for sofas, mattresses, appliances and large cabinets. Send a photo along with the collection and delivery addresses and we will quote it.
We can store your items and deliver them once you have access. It is best to raise this possibility when booking so we can plan for it rather than arrange it at short notice.
Yes. Recurring runs can be arranged on agreed days and time windows. Regular schedules are usually more economical than booking each delivery separately, because the route and vehicle can be planned ahead.
Handling assistance can be included. Tell us what is involved at each end — stairs, long carrying distances or heavy items — so the right crew size is allocated to the run.
Coverage terms are set out in our quotation and terms of service. Please raise any high-value or fragile items before the move so they can be handled and documented appropriately.
Send us the details and we will prepare a quotation for you.
Chilled and frozen storage for food, beverage and other temperature-sensitive goods — monitored around the clock and handled to keep the cold chain intact.
Our cold storage service supports food manufacturers, importers, distributors and retailers who need product held at a controlled temperature between arrival and delivery. Goods are received, recorded, moved into the correct temperature zone, and released when you need them.
Because our transport and general warehousing operate from the same facility, chilled and frozen stock can be delivered onward without being handed to another provider — which is where most cold chain breaks happen.
Different products need different conditions, and mixing them shortens shelf life. We keep separate zones so each product sits where it should.
| Zone | Typical range | Commonly used for |
|---|---|---|
| Frozen | −18°C and below | Frozen meat, seafood, ice cream, frozen ready meals |
| Chilled | +2°C to +8°C | Dairy, fresh produce, beverages, chilled ready meals |
| Air-conditioned | +15°C to +25°C | Chocolate, cosmetics, goods that must not sit in ambient heat |
| Ambient | Warehouse temperature | Dry goods stored alongside a chilled or frozen order |
Goods arrive, are checked against your documents and their temperature recorded on receipt.
Stock moves straight into the correct temperature chamber and is logged to a location.
Chamber temperatures are tracked continuously, with records kept for the storage period.
Orders are picked, consolidated and released for collection or delivered by our own transport.
Cold storage is priced on the space used, the temperature zone required and the period it is held for, with handling charged according to the work involved in receiving and releasing goods. The right-hand column shows the typical Singapore market range so you can sense-check any quote you receive.

Goods are received and recorded on arrival, stored in an allocated location, and released back to you or dispatched onward when required. Because our transport operates from the same site, stock can ship straight out without a separate collection.

Access and release arrangements are agreed when the account is set up. Goods are normally retrieved and released on request rather than through open self-access, since items are stored in allocated warehouse locations.

Common questions about our moving, transportation and warehousing services in Singapore.
We provide three core services: moving (household and office relocations), transportation (scheduled deliveries and distribution), and general warehousing (storage of stock, equipment and materials). These can be used separately or combined.
Use the contact form on this website, call us, or send an email. Include what needs to be moved or stored, the addresses involved, access details and your preferred dates. The more detail you give, the more accurate the quotation.
We aim to respond to enquiries within one business day. Complex jobs requiring a site survey may take a little longer to price.
Yes. Moving services are used by both households and businesses. Transportation and warehousing are primarily business services, though one-off requirements can be discussed.
